Yes Daddy, Make Me Your Toy

Clara pulled the car over to the curb and killed the engine.

She had been staring at the familiar front door for an hour. On her phone screen, her chat history with Leo was still open from yesterday.

"I'm home, babe," he had written. "But I'm just too tired tonight."

A dull ache started in Clara's head. Her friend, Sophia, always warned her that too much emotion and stress could trigger her old condition.

She got out of the car, took a deep breath, and walked to the door. It was unlocked.

The living room was quiet. She went straight upstairs and pushed open Leo's bedroom door.

The room was empty. The bed was made perfectly, not looking like anyone had slept in it at all.

He had lied.

Tears welled up. Clara turned and ran down the stairs, wanting only to get away from this heartbreaking place as quickly as possible.

Just as she rushed into the living room, she collided with someone. A man.

He was completely naked, water dripping from his hair onto his broad shoulders.

It was Leo's father, Julian Vance.

Clara froze, her eyes unable to move away from him. He was more handsome than in the photos, and more…intimidating.

Julian looked at her, his gaze calm but sharp. "You shouldn't be looking at this, little girl," his voice was low.

"Why?" Clara's lips trembled slightly.

"Because it will ruin you."

Clara's heart was already broken. She gave a sudden, small laugh, tinged with desperation. "What if I want to be ruined by it?"

Julian's eyes darkened. "You'll be cursed, baby girl."
