My Arrogant Mate

I'm Zoe Volga I am 20 years old.I'm tanned, with black hair and green eyes I may not be model thin or slim but I am in my definition still beautiful with even the extra weight I own. I have come to terms with it after years of bullying to not let people's thoughts dictate my future. My mother Sophia  and my father Aaron live in Arizona along with my brother Carlos and his wife Clair. I also have a best friend there named Katherine but we lost contact over the move. But most importantly I'm a werewolf.

And yes I am still waiting for my mate. I have dreamt of finding him since I observed the love my parents shared at home. The way they supported each other and stuck together through the difficult financial loss we faced. Their love was admirable and I only dreamed of having something like that.

Sadly my wolf goes by the name Zoe. I love her because she is apart of me but sometimes she can overdramatic and cocky.

See what I mean?anyways I moved here to LA 2 years ago by myself due to just wanting change from my usual scenery. when I arrived I rented a decent apartment but living in my own apartment has proven to be difficult do to me having a crappy job.

But hopefully today is my lucky day. I have been circling and highlighting different jobs through the newspaper and have been through many failed interviews.But today is the day I get interviewed for the top company in the U.S at the moment James Partner and Co.

Of course I'm nervous but hopefully it will all be worth it. Last night I searched the job of personal assistant and the pay is amazing but I got a little distracted with searching up the owner Mr. James. Goodness that man is the epitome of perfection. just staring at him over a screen caused my insides to melt and my blood to spark with arousal all the way down to my core.

Wearing a black pencil skirt that outlines the dip of my hips, a white ruffle top, stockings and black heels I look into the mirror and decide to tie my hair up into a nice bun.

My car isn't the best but it will have to do for now. I arrived at the building in twenty minutes with absolutely no traffic. Thank God.

Arriving at the office I receive nasty glares from all the women. It's not that I'm not confident with my body but the way they were glaring made me feel extremely self conscience. What a nice welcome. After arriving at the designated floor I take my seat and wait patiently until I get called to Mr James' office for my interview.

"Miss Volga you can enter through that door for your interview" The receptionist spoke kindly

I thank her with a smile. Sniffing the air I inhale the sweet smell of pine cones and a woodsy scent. My wolf begins to be unsteady inside me but I shake it off I take a deep breath and walk into the office.

As soon as I enter the room I notice the god like figure standing in front of me. My eyes wander the length of his body until they lock with the bluest eyes I have ever seen. A growl erupts from his sexy mouth. Out of his mouth came a word I have been waiting a lifetime to hear.

"MINE"
