The Girl in the Penguin Suit

A small girl. A soft suit. A world that feels bigger than it should. Gugara is five years old. She wears her penguin suit everywhere. To everyone else, it’s just a costume. To her, it’s safety. It’s warmth. It’s who she is. In her world, sidewalks become oceans, shadows feel too big, and even the smallest things can turn into something scary… or wonderful. Through ordinary days—parks, rainy afternoons, quiet nights—Gugara learns what it means to be brave, even when she feels small. A gentle, emotional slice-of-life story about childhood, imagination, and the quiet courage it takes to grow up.
